JVS

Jewish Vocational Services (JVS) is among the oldest and largest providers of adult education and workforce development services in Greater Boston. Encore Boston Harbor has partnered with JVS to provide English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) classes to their employees.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Foundations of Leadership

This two-day leadership training is designed for supervisors and assistant managers in partnership with Dr. Finley Cotrone from the College of Hospitality at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Topics covered include professional business communication, hiring, coaching and feedback, time management, and other leadership-focused subjects.

Leadership Certificate Programs

Some leadership programs include a certificate at the conclusion of the course and in the case of Climb, Wynn's premier high-potential development course for manager-level leaders, also count as college credits for employees earning their undergraduate degrees at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Additional Leadership Classes

Leaders and aspiring leaders at Wynn Resorts are encouraged to explore the curated lessons and workshops created to further their development. After 12 months of continuous service, Wynn Resorts employees are eligible for financial assistance, up to $375 per class and available for courses that will advance their education in subjects related to their current career and industry.
