Topics covered include professional business communication, hiring, coaching and feedback, time management, and other leadership-focused subjects. #### Leadership Certificate Programs Some leadership programs include a certificate at the conclusion of the course and in the case of Climb, Wynn's premier high-potential development course for manager-level leaders, also count as college credits for employees earning their undergraduate degrees at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. #### Additional Leadership Classes Leaders and aspiring leaders at Wynn Resorts are encouraged to explore the curated lessons and workshops created to further their development.
