Since April 2026, Mr. Fullalove has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Previously, he was the CFO and Chief Administrative Officer of Wynn Resorts’ Macau operations, and its Hong Kong listed entity, Wynn Macau, Limited. Mr. Fullalove also led business development efforts during his time in Macau, supporting both casino and non-casino marketing initiatives.

Ms. Krum was named Wynn Resorts’ Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in December 2024.
