LAS VEGAS (Dec. 8, 2025) – Wynn Las Vegas invites guests to welcome 2026 with an extravagant lineup of New Year's Eve and New Year's Day dining celebrations, including specialty holiday brunch offerings and festive multi-course menus.
Ring in the new year with specialty à la carte menu offerings available Wednesday, Dec. 31 and Thursday, Jan. 1, 2026, as well as multi-course gala dinner menus offered exclusively on Wednesday, Dec. 31. Reservations are strongly encouraged. For those interested in attending gala seatings, prepaid reservations are required and seatings begin at 8 p.m. Select venues will feature live entertainment. Pricing varies by location and does not include beverages, tax, or gratuity.
New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
- Jardin
- Holiday brunch items include a Bread Pudding Waffle with red wine caramel, preserved cherries, fresh blackberries, and miso-maple whipped ricotta and Short Rib Toast with onion marmalade, truffle cheese sauce, fried egg, and petit salad.
- Tableau
- Indulge in the King Crab Black Truffle Benedict with shaved Perigord truffles, poached eggs, Hollandaise sauce, and house-made English muffin or the Caviar Eggs "à la coque" with Royal California Sturgeon caviar, soft scrambled eggs, crème fraîche, and brioche soldiers. Served on New Year's Day only.
- Terrace Pointe Café
- Start the new year with the Pistachio French Toast or the Lobster Benedict. Guests can also indulge in the 2026 Masquerade dessert, a dark chocolate mask with cherry compote, and a kirsch mascarpone semifreddo.
New Year's Eve
- Allegro
- Celebrate the new year with Allegro's four-course prix fixe gala menu featuring appetizers such as Piedmont Beef Tartare with Black Truffle, Clams Casino, and Homemade Lobster Burrata, a pasta course of Risotto Con Porcini, Verza e Bitto and a selection of entrees including Veal Chop Parmigiana and Herb-crusted Branzino. Desserts include a lemon tart with sweet sable, candied kumquat, and fresh citrus.
- The Buffet
- The Buffet will offer a King Crab Dinner, featuring a Caviar Bar with a selection of premium caviars, along with a Surf and Turf Station offering seared beef tenderloin and lobster tail.
- Casa Playa
- The coastal Mexican hotspot will showcase a limited à la carte menu. Guests can also enjoy a chilled seafood station with lobster tails, king crab legs, and West Coast oysters, along with a taco station featuring Tomahawk steak with chimichurri, suckling pig carnitas, and whole snapper zarandeado.
- Delilah
- Wynn's highly-coveted supper club will offer a limited three-course prix fixe gala menu. Later in the evening, the restaurant will present an upscale prix-fixe gala menu featuring menu favorites such as Delilah's Famous Chicken Tenders, King Crab Delilah "Caesar," White Truffle Tagliatelle, Wagyu New York Strip, and a mousse cake with dark chocolate and salted caramel for dessert.
- Lobby Bar and East Side Lounge
- Guests can welcome the new year with elevated small bites including Spiced Honey Chicken Fingers, Ancho-rubbed Prime Beef Skewers, Yellowfin Tartare, to name a few. Dessert will feature an Espresso Martini Affogato with milk ice cream, coffee vodka gelee, and hot espresso.
- Mizumi
- Executive Chef Jeff Ramsey presents a holiday menu of Japanese specialties including Parmesan Cheese and White Truffle Chawanmushi, Grilled Japanese Unagi, and Yonezawa Wagyu Beef Skewers, complimented by premium sushi and sashimi selections served at the sushi bar.
- PISCES Bar & Seafare
- Dive into the new year with a Mediterranean-inspired prix fixe gala menu of hot and cold mezze options with signature joujou bread and assorted dips, followed by a White Alba Truffle Risotto and choice of Rosewood Ranch Wagyu Filet or Maine Lobster. For dessert, guests will enjoy a playful dessert of orizaba milk chocolate, puff pastry, and Opalys ice cream.
- Sinatra
- Chef Theo Schoenegger offers an elegant prix fixe gala dinner featuring beloved Italian flavors such as Astice Asparagi E Caviale, Cappellacci di Ricotta con Tartufi Bianchi. Pesce San Pietro, and Filetto di Bue e Brasato Al Barolo.
- SW Steakhouse
- Wynn's signature steakhouse will host its popular prix fixe gala dinner with an elegant menu featuring White Truffle Tortellini and Bluefin Chutoro for the appetizer, followed by a choice of 10 oz. Snake River Farms New York Strip and a Butter-poached Maine Lobster for the entree with various sides. Dessert features a decadent dark chocolate sablé for dessert.
